Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of eCommerce campaigns across the BU, to drive measurable campaign results such as conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue generation, to maximise ROI from paid media efforts.

Brand & Marketing

5-7 years

Demonstrated expertise in optimising paid media campaigns to maximise performance and deliver measurable improvements across key metrics, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Content, Creative, SEO, and Analytics, to develop and execute integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. Extensive experience leveraging eCommerce platforms to drive customer acquisition, increase online sales, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
