• Effect of Deletion: Once an account is deleted, the process is permanent and the data cannot be recovered. Personally identifiable information is removed from our active databases immediately.
• Data Retention: Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytical purposes. Additionally, data contained in encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days until the backup cycle is overwritten.
• Partial Data Deletion: You may delete specific pieces of data (such as an uploaded CV or a saved job) at any time without deleting your entire account via the respective "My Files" or "Saved Jobs" sections.
• Manual Requests: You may also request data deletion or a copy of your data by emailing us at support@jobkeeper.co.za.
