Internal Sales Representative

Job Summary

A leading warehouse and material handling equipment company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative with strong experience in industrial and warehouse equipment sales to join their team in Boksburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the customer base, developing existing client relationships, driving sales growth and consistently achieving targets, with the opportunity to grow into a 2IC position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with selected existing clients.
• Conduct face-to-face client visits, product demonstrations and presentations when required.
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Prepare accurate quotations, reports and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven internal sales experience.
• Strong experience in industrial equipment, warehouse equipment or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, driven and target-oriented.
• Valid driver's licence is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Sage/Pastel experience is advantageous.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
