CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee site activities, coordinate construction teams and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Candidates with commercial renovation experience are preferred, although those with strong experience across other relevant construction environments are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 years' solid experience in a relevant construction environment.
• Experience supervising construction activities and coordinating site teams.
• Ability to manage project timelines, quality standards and on-site operations.
• Willingness to work night shifts when required by the project.
• Ability to work in the Western Cape.

Advantageous

• Commercial renovation experience.
• Relevant construction qualifications.
• Own vehicle or bakkie.

Remuneration & Benefits

Contract Structure

The role will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis, with a phased contract structure over the first 12 months and the potential for permanent employment thereafter.
