Junior Fuel Administrator

Job Summary

Our client is a well-established company operating within the logistics and transport industry. They are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Fuel Administrator to join their operations hub in Kempton Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and process all daily fuel consumption, fleet transactions, and logistical records.
• Monitor fuel usage data, identify discrepancies, and compile administrative summaries for the fleet management team.
• Work closely alongside logistics personnel and fleet supervisors to ensure essential operational paperwork is systematically maintained.
• Ensure high levels of data integrity and maintain organized filing systems to optimize smooth, daily logistical workflows.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• This position is strictly open to permanent administrative professionals—active students and recent university/college graduates will not be considered by our client
• Experience Level: Foundational, junior-level administrative experience.
• Strong numeric accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and a high level of basic computer literacy for data capturing workflows.
