Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Namibia is looking for an ambitious, recently qualified graduate to join our 12-month Graduate in Training (GIT) Programme in Commercial . This is your launchpad into sales, marketing and route-to-market in the beverage industry, with structured training, real responsibility and a clear path to leadership. CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola?ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. With over 14 000 employees in Africa, CCBA group services more than 800 000 customers with a host of international and local brands. CCBA group operates in 14 countries: South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi and the islands of Comoros and Mayotte.

Key Duties & Responsibilities What you’ll do

• Rotate through key Commercial functions: (Sales, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, Revenue Growth Management, Route-to-Market)

• Work alongside experienced managers on live projects and business targets

• Get out into the market: visit customers and outlets, and learn how our brands win at the point of sale

• Analyse sales and market data to spot opportunities and recommend action

• Bring fresh ideas, energy and innovation to our Commercial team

Skills, Experience & Education Who we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce or a related field

• Graduated within the last 2 years, or completing your final year.

• A strong academic record

• Confident communicator, practical problem-solver and natural team player

• Driven, curious and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Namibian citizen
