Procurement Officer – UAE

Job Summary

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Procurement Officer in the UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Procurement
• 5+ years' procurement experience in UAE construction, particularly infrastructure/road/highway/utility projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, materials markets, and technical specification verification
• Procurement experience with asphalt/bituminous products, aggregates, road marking/safety products, drainage/utility materials, concrete/precast elements, geotextiles, reinforcement steel, pipes and fittings
