Requirements

Formal Qualification

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Accounting, or a related field.

Alternatively, a Diploma in Business Analytics or Data Analytics with a strong focus on data visualization and analysis.

Legal Requirements

• Valid code B driver’s license
• Passed credit and criminal checks
• S.A Citizen, Resident or Valid S.A Work Permit

Training

• CCG Systems’ history, vision and mission

Understanding

• Basic knowledge of financial reporting, data visualization, and SQL querying.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboarding toolsets for creating dashboards and reports. Basic SQL database querying and table structures and relations understanding is required.
• Experience with the ETL data process is also required.
• An understanding of SAGE X3 and SAGE 200 ERP systems is a plus.

• Solution Development: Assist in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions using modern development frameworks and tools.
• Technical Support: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in existing applications.
• Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, system specifications, and process flows.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies and methodologies to improve solution efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Agile Participation: Engage in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• System Integration: Assist in integrating custom solutions with ERP systems like Sage to streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow across departments.
