Cubix is offering an exciting internship opportunity within a fast-paced, sales-driven contact centre specialising in Financial Services Provider (FSP) products. Gain practical workplace experience while learning how operational planning, sales performance, resource management and supply chain processes contribute to the success of a financial services business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting daily contact centre operations and sales campaign activities.

• Assisting with operational reporting, data capturing and performance tracking.

• Supporting workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation.

• Monitoring operational productivity and maintaining accurate records.

• Assisting with procurement, supplier administration and stock control.

• Supporting the coordination of equipment and operational resources.

• Gaining exposure to FSP operational processes and compliance requirements.

• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborating with Operations, Finance, IT, Facilities, HR and Compliance teams
