Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of inventory records by conducting regular audits and reconciling any discrepancies. Ensure all rack labelling is accurate and relabel as required.
• Monthly Stock Counts: Perform monthly stock counts to verify inventory levels and update records accordingly.
• Cycle-Counting: Conduct cycle-counting to maintain real-time inventory accuracy and identify any potential issues.
• SAP Physical Stock Integrity: Utilize SAP and other inventory management tools to verify physical stock matches system records.
• Administrative Control: Maintain organized and accurate inventory records, including documentation of stock movements and adjustments.
• Verifying Age Reports: Check and verify the age of inventory items and report any concerns or issues.
• Night shift assistance: Assist the night shift team with resolving inventory matters across all principals.
• Picking: Assist the warehouse with stock picking as and when required based on volumes.
• Repacking: Assist with repacking and reworking of stock to meet expected industry quality standards.
• Staff hampers: Assist with packing staff hampers.
• Stock handling: Doing back to stock movements from the Reverse Logistics department to the warehouse storage. Ensure all records are done via RF scanner for accuracy.

Requirements

What It Takes to Succeed:

Experience that set you up for success:

• Previous experience in stock control systems
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Inventory Stock Auditor or similar
• Experience working with SAP or similar inventory management software
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Previous administration and basic accounting experience

Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent is essential
• Valid PPT license is essential
• Valid Reach Truck license will be advantageous
• Possession of a Reach Truck License or willingness to obtain one
