Sun International is looking for a People & Business Enablement Partner to partner with managers and employees in delivering people advisory and workforce solutions. The role will leverage people insights, frameworks and practices to strengthen workforce effectiveness, employee experience, leadership capability and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

People & Business Enablement (PBE) is a strategic business partner function focused on enabling organisational performance through people, culture and capability. Partner with managers and employees to provide people advisory, workforce support and People & Business Enablement services within the business area, applying enterprise people frameworks and data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness, employee experience and business performance.

Requirements
