Contracts Manager - Residential Construction Industry

Job Summary

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established building contractor in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in residential construction to join their team.

Requirements

• BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management or a related qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant construction experience
• Solid experience managing residential building projects
• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior construction role
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor management
• Experience overseeing projects from commencement through to completion
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, quality control, health and safety and project administration
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

Remuneration & Benefits
