Campaign Performance Manager

Job Summary

The Campaign Performance Manager will take full ownership of managing and optimizing paid media and SEO campaigns across multiple client portfolios. The primary goal is to deliver high-quality, actionable leads, measurable ROI, and seamless funnel structures while maintaining strict alignment with client budgets and database system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage cross-platform paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) ensuring strict alignment with client brand guidelines and lead generation targets.
• Develop and implement robust on-page and technical SEO strategies (site architecture, keyword mapping, meta tags) to drive organic visibility and conversions.
• Map structured lead funnels to enforce strict lead qualification and scoring mechanisms. Setup and manage Mailchimp databases, automated email nurture sequences, and conversion-linked autoresponders.
• Diligently track multi-client campaign spends to maximize ROI metrics without breaching allocated budgets.
• Audit campaign metrics daily and weekly. Continually optimize target demographics, ad creatives, database segmentations, and email flows.
• Produce clear, concise analytics reporting tracking foundational metrics (CPL, CTR, organic traffic, ROI, and funnel progression).

Requirements

• Proven experience executing end-to-end paid media strategy and technical SEO pipelines for multiple external clients concurrently.
• In-depth, practical capability operating Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Mailchimp account architectures.
• Exceptional proficiency analyzing funnel progression, managing database segmentations, mapping lead scoring systems, and extracting actionable strategic insights.
• Demonstrated ability to align campaign execution alongside account managers, creative content teams, and key client stakeholders.
